This is one of the main features and unique capabilities of reOneSpot that sets it apart from anything else in the marketplace. There are tools included in reOneSpot designed specifically for Agents and tools designed specifically for Brokers. There are other tools and features that, when and where appropriate, can be shared between both Brokers and Agents. Additionally, when given permission, the Clients can also share in some of the collaboration tools designed within reOneSpot.
How do you charge for your services?
There are no costs for software, no costs for hardware and no maintenance or support costs associated with reOneSpot. The only fees involved is a small monthly fee based on the number of active Agents using reOneSpot during a given month. The cost will be surprisingly inexpensive and affordable. We could not agree with you more. We have seen Agents and Brokers try different tools, often at a huge expense, use them for a short while and then give up. Remember we created reOneSpot after having spent years in the real estate industry and know how and why this happens. You can send out as many e-Cards to as many of your contacts, leads, Clients, past Clients as you wish, as often as you like, for no additional cost. More of my leads are coming from the web. Is reOneSpot able to handle web leads automatically and help me to respond to these opportunities quicker?
After all, reOneSpot is the next generation of real estate tools and we are keenly aware of the increasing utilization of the Internet in real estate. You can input contacts, leads or Clients and their needed information in any number of ways, individually or collectively: a) individually by typing in their information, b) importing individual contacts from Outlook using their VCard file or c) by importing your entire .csv (comma-separated value) file database directly into reOneSpot or d) any combination of the above.
