First, the journal functions similar to traditional sticky notes you might put in a Client’s Manila folder on your desk. It’s a place to record activities, conversations, to-dos, memory joggers or anything else you might typically jot down for your real estate business relating to a Client. The blog feature is in a different area within reOneSpot™ that provides the ability for Agents and Clients to communicate and collaborate with each other online using a blog.
