Both the reOneSpot™ application and your data is hosted in a secure, fully redundant, proactively monitored and managed level one data center. All of your data is backed up each and every hour to off-site, mirrored databases. Firewalls are continuously and proactively monitored and updated. The application source code is regularly audited for vulnerabilities and has implemented protections against SQL injection and cross-site scripting attacks. Our data center is designed to operate with no power interruptions as every server is setup to run in a conditioned UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supply) environment with N+1 redundancy and instantaneous failover should the primary UPS ever fail. If an extended utility power outage should ever occur, on-site diesel generators are on standby and can run indefinitely until normal power is restored.

From a wide area network perspective, fiber optic carriers enter our data centers at disparate points in the the data center using diversely routed, fiber optic ring networks to access to the Internet thereby eliminating any single point of failure from within the network.
